- For cases where advance payment is requested:
- For services requiring the arrangement and dispatch of personnel, such as interpretation services (incl. remote operations):
- Please submit payment for goods before the scheduled date of commencement of services.
Formal placement of an order will be accepted upon confirmation of payment, and formal arrangement or personnel will commence thereafter.
- For operations that involve deliverables, such as translation, research:
- Please submit payment for goods within one month of submission of job quotation.

- English text, 2,000 – 5,000 words: About 10 working days
- English text, 5,000 – 10,000 words: About 20 working days
- English text, over 10,000 words: Subject to consultation due to individual translator schedules
- *Product delivery times may vary depending on translator availability
- Translation into languages other than Japanese (standard):
- Japanese text, up to 5,000 characters: About 3 working days
- Japanese text, 5,000 – 10,000 characters: About 5 working days
- Japanese text, 10,000 – 30,000 characters: About 10 working days
- Japanese text, 30,000 – 60,000 characters: About 20 working days
- Japanese text, over 60,000 characters: Subject to consultation due to individual translator schedules

Cancellation policy |
- For services requiring the arrangement and dispatch of personnel, such as interpretation services (incl. remote operations):
- *For cancellations after orders have been confirmed, a charge of 50% of the price of the goods (+consumption tax) will apply when an order is cancelled between 7 days to 2 days prior to the scheduled date of commencement, and a charge of 100% of the price of the goods (+consumption tax) will apply when an order is cancelled 1 day prior to or on the day of commencement.
- *When payment has been made in advance, the amount equivalent to the price of the goods (+consumption tax) less the cancellation charge (+consumption tax) will be repaid in cases where the difference is greater than ¥0.
- *Cancellations shall only be accepted during our business hours (In principle between 09:30 and 17:30 on normal business days). Notifications of cancellations received out-of-hours, or on non-business days (Saturdays, Sundays, national/public holidays, the New Year period, and the Obon holidays), shall be treated as received at 09:30 on the next business day.
- *For projects involving business travel, cancellation charges shall apply to travel expenses/interpretation fees outside the scope of per diem rates, and compensation for constraints (prior day accommodation/movement constraint fees, etc.). However, you will be invoiced for actual costs related to cancellation of travel arrangements and accommodation.
- *The severity of the above cancellation policy conditions may escalate depending on the personnel arranged.
- For operations that involve deliverables, such as translation, research:
- For cancellation after an order has been placed, a cancellation charge equivalent to 100% of the price of the goods (+consumption tax) will apply.
